NASA eNTRe Registration
In order to register to become an eNTRe user, you must first fill out the registration form below. Please note that fields in Blue are required.

Step 1 - Personal Information
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- Last Name
- Primary Email Address
(If applicable, use your one-NASA email)
- Additional Email Address(es)

Step 2 - User Type Request

If you are unsure of the correct user type for you, please contact the NASA Technology Transfer Office responsible for reviewing your disclosures.

Funded Party Accounts

NOTE: If the user type you are requesting is "Company New Technology Representative or NASA COTR", you will need to specify the contract number(s) that you are responsible for. For multiple contracts, separate each using a comma.

Contract Number(s):
Standard User Description: Funded Party Innovator/Reviewer
Privileges: Create, review NTR.
Contractor / Grantee New Technology Representative Description: Primary person responsible for approving submission of individual New Technology Reports (NTR) and New Technology Summary Reports (NTSR) to NASA. May also be an Innovator/Reviewer. Must use this account type to create NTSRs.
Privileges: May create and review NTR/NTSR. The only individual that may submit funded party NTR/NTSR to NASA. Therefore, each funded party must have a registered New Technology Representative.

NASA Center Accounts (Government Employee)

Field Center:
Standard User Description: NASA Innovator/Reviewer.
Privileges: Create, review NTR, submits directly to NASA.
NASA COTR or CO
(Contracting Officer)
Description: Responsible for reviewing new technology/general reports submitted under a NASA award. May also be a NASA Innovator/Reviewer.
Privileges: Create, review NTR, submits directly to NASA.


Step 3 - User Name & Password Selection
NASA password standards require a password of at least 8 characters but fewer than 13 characters containing three of the following types of characters: Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers, Special Characters

Valid Password Example: #1eNTRe!

- Create Username
- Password
- Password Confirmation


Step 4 - Address Book
The address book is a database of contacts which can be used to "auto-fill" information about an innovator or contractor in areas where information is requested. You may update this information at any time by changing information in your profile.

By selecting "Share my information" you will allow other eNTRe users to select your name and contact information from the eNTRe database to auto complete any form on eNTRe where user information is requested.

By sharing information you will NOT reveal user names, passwords or any sensitive information. For more information on the address book feature, Click Here
